Acceptance of Terms

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized access to other accounts, uploading malicious code, interfering with platform operations, using the platform for illegal purposes, or violating any applicable Tanzanian laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Dodoma STEM Center and are protected by Tanzanian and international copyright laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dodoma STEM Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
